1. Purpose

3. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to:
- List available medicines on the Laxsara platform with accurate price, stock, and expiry details.
- Accept and process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure delivery of medicines as per order within the stipulated time.
- Maintain the required pharmacy license and comply with all relevant health regulations.
- Share real-time inventory and pricing updates.
Laxsara Pvt Ltd agrees to:
- Host and maintain the digital platform for medicine sales.
- Facilitate customer orders, payments, and communication.
- Remit collected payments to the medicine store after deducting applicable commission charges.

5. Commission and Payments
- Laxsara will charge a 2% commission on each order value (excluding taxes).
- Payments to the Service Provider will be settled weekly via bank transfer.
- A detailed transaction report will be provided with each payment cycle.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of customer data and trade information. No data shall be disclosed to any third party without prior consent.
7. Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party by giving 30 days' written notice. Immediate termination can occur in case of breach of terms or legal non-compliance.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Cuttack High Court.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond their control (natural disasters, wars, legal restrictions, etc.).
10. Amendment
This SLA can be amended only through written mutual agreement signed by both parties.
