2. Healthcare Services

DaktarBabu provides a platform to connect patients with healthcare providers. We do not provide medical services directly and are not responsible for the quality of medical care provided by healthcare professionals on our platform.

All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. Our platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information as necessary.

4. Payment Terms

By making payments through our platform, you agree to the following:

  • All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways that comply with RBI guidelines.
  • Payment confirmation is subject to verification by authorized banking channels.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable except in cases of service cancellation by the healthcare provider.
  • In case of payment disputes, the decision of DaktarBabu management will be final after proper investigation.
  • We maintain transaction records as per statutory requirements and RBI guidelines.

5. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointments are subject to confirmation by healthcare providers. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the DaktarBabu platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of DaktarBabu and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

DaktarBabu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
